Fees

All fees include VAT where applicable. Our fees include most school trips, school lunches and a morning snack.

The registration fee reflects the costs incurred by the school in administering the admissions process before the offer of a place is made. It is non-refundable irrespective of whether the registered child attends the assessment session. 

The non-refundable securing and induction fee is payable when an offer of a place is accepted. This reflects the administration costs incurred by the school in the preparation for new pupils entering the school, including pupil and parent induction arrangements. 

Fees are reviewed annually and the fees for the following year are usually published at the end of March. 

The school does not currently provide bursary assistance to pupils at the Pelican.

Payment of Fees

Fees are to be paid in full by direct debit on or before the first day of each term.

At its discretion, the School offers parents the option to pay a particular term’s fees by instalment under its termly instalment scheme. No administration charges, interest or other charges are included in the termly instalment scheme. For further information, please see the download below.

The School accepts payment of fees in advance for a period of three terms or more, the actual calculation for which depends on the number of terms and the items to be included. Details may be obtained from fees@perse.co.uk.

Wraparound Care prices for 2026-27

Larks (early start) is charged at £4.62 per session and runs from 8am to 8.30am.

Owls (late stay) is charged at £11.13 per session from 3.15pm to 4.15pm and £23.94 per session from 3.15pm to 5.30pm.

Post-club tea + Owls is charged £13.88 per session. 

Club Pelican (Holiday Care)

We provide specialist childcare during the school holidays for children who attend the Pelican.

Club Pelican can be booked for the full week (£344) or by the day (£75). Fees include all activities/trips, a morning snack, a hot lunch, and afternoon tea. Children can be dropped off from 8am and may stay until 5.30pm. 

The club is run by qualified Perse teaching staff.
