Some of childhood’s happiest memories are made outdoors. At The Perse Pelican, our beautiful grounds become an extension of the classroom. Every day, children explore, discover and imagine – searching for minibeasts, growing vegetables, building dens, climbing, creating nature art and enjoying the freedom to run, play and be children.
Being outdoors nurtures curiosity in ways no classroom can. As children investigate the natural world, solve problems together and embrace new challenges, they develop confidence, resilience and independence.
Adventure starts early at The Pelican. Through Trailblazers, children begin their Outdoor Education journey from the age of three, taking the first steps on a pathway that continues throughout their time at The Perse.
With space to explore and freedom to discover, children develop a lifelong love of nature, a spirit of adventure and the confidence to embrace whatever comes next.
