Outstanding University Outcomes
The strength of the Futures Programme is reflected in the exceptional university outcomes achieved by Perse students. Across recent years, around 87% of UCAS acceptances have been to Russell Group universities, with students receiving approximately 600 Russell Group offers each year.
Progression to the most competitive universities is also a significant strength. Perse students receive around 120 offers each year from G5 universities – Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, UCL and LSE – with approximately one third of UCAS acceptances each year to these institutions.
The breadth of success is equally important. Recent cohorts have progressed to a wide range of leading universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, UCL, LSE, Durham, Bristol, Warwick, Edinburgh, Bath, Exeter, Manchester, York, King’s College London and St Andrews. Over 90% of UCAS acceptances across recent years have been to higher-tariff universities, reflecting both the academic ambition of Perse students and the personalised guidance they receive in identifying the right course, institution and pathway.

Success in Highly Competitive Subjects
Perse students are also highly successful in securing offers for some of the most competitive university courses. Across the last five application cycles, students received 339 offers in medicine, dentistry and veterinary science, averaging almost 70 offers each year in these exceptionally competitive areas.
At individual subject level, recent cohorts have achieved particularly strong outcomes in medicine, economics, history, physics, mathematics, computer science, mechanical engineering and law. These results reflect not only students’ academic strength, but also the specialist guidance they receive: careful course selection, support with wider reading and super-curricular engagement, admissions test preparation, personal statement advice and tailored interview practice where required.

The Power of Our Alumni Network
The breadth of The Perse’s alumni community means that, wherever a student wants to go and whatever they want to study, there is very often someone who has already made that journey and is willing to share their experience. We connect students directly with alumni who have been exactly where they want to go — so that guidance goes beyond what any handbook or website can offer.
Supporting Parents and Families
We know that parents and carers are a vital part of the Futures journey. Our programme includes a rich calendar of events and communications designed to keep families well-informed and actively involved at every stage.
We believe that well-informed families make better decisions together. We welcome parents to contact the Futures team directly at any stage and are always happy to arrange individual appointments when needed.
