Your Impact

Opening doors through bursaries

A Perse education can change the opportunities available to a young person. Our bursary programme helps talented pupils join the School when their families would not otherwise be able to afford the fees.

But the impact goes beyond the classroom. Bursary support opens the door to music, sport, trips, societies and the wider experiences that help young people flourish.

“[My] bursary meant that I didn’t have to leave the School at a critical time in my education and I was able to develop a proper relationship with a school. Without the School’s massive assistance, I don’t think I’d have been able to achieve these grades and therefore wouldn’t have been able to set myself such great goals for my years in higher education. I’ll be forever grateful for the support The Perse provided me with over my five years and will grasp every opportunity to give back.”

Liam Sheppard (2014)

“The scheme is so important. There are so many people out there who aren’t fulfilling their potential and could really do with something else in their life. The impact that it can have will last a lifetime. There will be people who will become surgeons, doctors, engineers, who otherwise would never have become these professions. You can have that impact on their life. You can really make the world a better place by investing in these people, allowing them to flourish and fulfil their potential.”

Support The Perse - Your Impact

Thank You

We are incredibly thankful for the generosity of our donors, who provide a life-changing education to young people.

Without the amazing help of donors like you, The Perse simply could not provide the excellent education and the opportunities that we do. Your support helps bursary pupils, who otherwise would not have access to the School, as well as enriching the education of young people further afield through our outreach programmes.

We are so grateful and would like to take this opportunity to recognise all those who, through donations or by volunteering their time, give the gift of education.
