A COMMUNITY THAT LASTS A LIFETIME

The Perse School Cambridge International

The Perse School Cambridge International (TPSCI), owned by The Perse School, Cambridge, partners with organisations worldwide to establish and develop high-quality international schools under the Perse brand. We work with partners who share our ambition to create outstanding British international schools, combining our expertise in delivering a world-class education with their local knowledge, insight and strengths.

The Perse aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills, character and confidence to make the future better. Our four core values underpin everything we do, shaping both the educational experience we provide and the partnerships we build.

We bring together over 410 years of educational excellence with a forward-looking, collaborative partnership model. We work closely with our partners to share expertise, ideas, connections and opportunities to enhance teaching, learning and provide an outstanding education.

We welcome conversations with prospective partners at every stage of their journey. Whether you are exploring a new school opportunity, considering a rebrand, or looking for consultancy support or a long-term partnership, we would be delighted to discuss how we can work together to create exceptional educational experiences.

How We Work

Drawing on over 410 years experience in education and school development, TPSCI provides guidance and oversight to support the successful establishment and growth of high-quality schools aligned with the Perse approach, including support in the following areas:

We have a clear educational approach, school purpose, values and education standards (academic, pastoral and extra-curricular), which provide the foundations for a Perse School and a differentiated position.

Our position as one of the top 10 UK coeducational independent schools (by academic results) uniquely positions us to work with partners to establish the educational approach and high standards, and to support the embedding of these standards. The Perse is renowned for academic excellence, exceptional pastoral care and broad extra-curricular provision that develops students’ interests, skills, agency, character and confidence. For five consecutive years, The Times has awarded The Perse Academic School of the Year in the region and in 2026 The Perse was named Independent School of the Year for the region.

A Perse education is shaped by its foundation in 1615 in Cambridge, one of the world’s leading centres for academic excellence, research and innovation. Being part of this ecosystem helps the School and its partner schools to be academically ambitious and at the forefront of education innovation.

The Perse offers a transferable educational model shaped, providing a clear foundation for the creation or evolution of schools. The Perse is one of the largest K-12 coeducational independent schools in the UK with over 1,770 students and has doubled in size over 20 years, offering an enriched and broad curriculum that improves educational outcomes for all.

We can offer guidance on the British curriculum and its delivery in an international context.

We draw on our experience of delivering GCSE and A Level education at The Perse School, Cambridge, where we benefit from our close proximity to Cambridge Assessment. At The Perse (Singapore), students undertake international GCSEs and A Levels, and our business development team also brings experience of the International Baccalaureate (IB).

A particular strength of the School lies in STEM. Students achieve very high outcomes in STEM subjects at GCSE and A Level, with large numbers progressing to competitive STEM and medicine degrees at top universities.

The Perse has expertise in delivering professional development in the international context. We will train teachers to teach in “The Perse Way” and share our expertise. We can advise and support on key staff recruitment, organisation structure and retention.

We offer an annual Quality Assurance Audit which promotes alignment with the Perse ethos, continuous improvement and raises standards.

TPSCI has experience in establishing up schools and can provide guidance across key areas, including project planning, facilities and design planning, organisation structure and school leadership, governance, academic planning, HR planning and staff recruitment, policies and procedures (including safeguarding and safer recruitment), health and safety, and marketing.

The Perse can provide guidance on how best to support students in applying to top universities.

The School has a strong track record of students securing places at world-leading universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, Durham, UCL, Imperial, Harvard, Brown, Yale and Princeton, Hokkaido (Japan), Leiden (Netherlands) and Sciences Po (France) among many others.

We share best practice and seek to create meaningful connections to improve teaching and learning and student opportunities.

The Perse is embedded in the Cambridge ecosystem, providing many unique opportunities ranging from talks from world-leading experts to input into research projects, which inspire intellectual curiosity, foster ambition and extend students’ supra-curricular learning.

Staff will benefit from access to The Perse international network and the broad range of connections, expertise and opportunities it provides. As a founding member of SAGE Schools, a group of world-leading schools across Asia, Australia, Europe and North America, The Perse is well positioned to support partners as they establish, grow and develop their schools.

The exact level of support will depend on the partner’s needs, expertise and business and governance structure. The Perse has a dedicated international team that provides this support.

Why Choose Us

Our Schools

The Perse family currently comprises The Perse School, Cambridge, and The Perse School (Singapore).

The Perse School (Singapore) educates students aged 3–18 and has already demonstrated strong growth in its early years, reflecting the strength and appeal of the Perse model in a new market. The school is independently owned and operated, with strategic guidance and support from TPSCI. It reflects the same values, ethos, academic ambition and broad educational approach as its Cambridge counterpart, while operating successfully within the Singapore context.
