International Applicants
We welcome applications from international students, but we no longer operate student visa sponsorship (previously Tier 4). We are a day school with no boarding accommodation. Therefore, we cannot accept applications from candidates who would require visa sponsorship, or candidates who would live with a host family or educational guardian.
International candidates must therefore be relocating to live with their parent(s) in Cambridge in order to attend The Perse. Parents will need to ensure their child has the necessary immigration status to live and study in the UK in order to attend the School.
Overseas or remote testing is not possible. Candidates must therefore travel to the UK for testing to be considered for a place.
Candidates who are not studying I/GCSEs will be asked to undertake subject testing in addition to the entrance assessments and interview, and you may be asked for IELTS results as well.
We generally require an minimum overall score of 6.5 in the IELTS test, with a minimum of 6.5 in each of the listening, reading, writing and speaking sections.
