MEET THE TEAM
Leadership
The Perse is led by an experienced and dedicated team united by a shared ambition: to provide an exceptional education for every pupil.
Principal Ed Elliott, who is also Head of the Upper School, works alongside the Bursar and the Heads of the Pelican and Prep to provide overarching leadership across the School.
This structure combines a single, coherent vision for The Perse with age-specific leadership at each stage, ensuring that pupils’ educational and pastoral needs are understood and supported throughout their journey from ages 3 to 18.
Together, the School’s leaders provide strategic, academic, pastoral and operational direction, guided by The Perse’s values and a shared commitment to helping pupils and staff flourish.
