Almost 80% of A level entries graded A*-A as Perse students secure stellar results

Perse Upper Sixth students have achieved impressive A level results with 115 pupils – nearly two-thirds of the year group – attaining three or more grades at A* or A.

Almost 80% of entries were graded A*-A with just under 94% graded A*-B.

A quarter of the cohort (46 pupils) obtained three or more A* grades, while 19 students achieved four A* grades, with one student securing an incredible six A* grades.

Head Ed Elliott commented: “The Upper Sixth should be very proud of their A level results and all their many and varied school achievements.

“Their excellent grades, coupled with the life skills and personal qualities they have gained at The Perse, mean they are well prepared for the next stages in their lives.

“They leave with our congratulations on their successes and our very best wishes for the future.”
