The Perse earns Sunday Times regional school accolade
The Perse School has been named top independent secondary school for academic performance in East Anglia in Parent Power, The Sunday Times Schools Guide.
Based on this year’s exam results, The Perse has claimed the accolade in the 2023 edition of Parent Power, which identifies the highest-achieving schools in the UK.
It follows on from The Perse being honoured top East Anglian independent secondary school in Parent Power 2022, based on exam results from 2017 and 2019.
Rankings have been determined by the percentage of exam entries gaining A* to B at A level and 9 to 7 (equivalent to the former A* to A grades) at GCSE.
The Perse led the way in the regional independent school rankings with 95.57% of entries graded A* to B at A level and 92.9% of GCSE results graded 9 to 7.
