Outstanding 2022 GCSE results for Perse pupils
Perse pupils are celebrating some stellar GCSE results with nearly 80% of all entries being graded at 8 or 9, equivalent to the old A*.
Just under 93% of entries were awarded grades 7, 8 and 9, the equivalent of the old A*-A measure.
Fourteen pupils achieved grade 9s in all their subjects and 54 pupils achieved either an 8 or 9 grade in all of their exams.
Head Ed Elliott commented: “I would like to congratulate our Year 11 students on their amazing results which are the product of much hard work, determination and commitment during the challenging Covid years.
“They and their parents and teachers should be very proud of what has been achieved.”
