Will Bacon, Eleanor Brinsden, Liliana French and Fleur Christmas teamed up to finish third in the fours competition with a total of 758.024 out of 800.
Meanwhile, there were promising competitive debuts for some of the school’s younger pupils, including Carla Campos Zanotti Gerosa (Year 9), who was second overall in her age group after hitting 183.004.
Perse coach Kevin Pilcher said: “I was very pleased with how everyone did and it was great to see the younger ones acquit themselves so well in their first time taking part in a competition like this. The British Schools Championships (on 4 December) won’t be as daunting for them as they’ll now know what to expect.”
