Students dance for the Queen

Fresh from their success in ‘The Prep Has Got Talent’ at the end of last term, Jonathan Knight and Fenella Clarke were selected to dance in the Royal Academy of Dance’s Patron’s Lunch Celebrations for the Queen. The Patron’s Lunch was one of the special 90th Birthday celebrations for the Queen which took place last Sunday on the Mall in London.

The Royal Academy of Dance choreographed 130 dancers in the parade – but also held a Pop-Up Dance Floor in Birmingham New Street Station at the same time, which is where the two of them danced – and were amongst the youngest dancers taking part. They did themselves proud, and were interviewed by Blue Peter’s Radzi Chinyanganya afterwards.
