Prep celebrates anniversary with full day of sport
Prep pupils took a day off their normal timetable to join together across the year groups for a full day of sport.
The sports showcase was part of their 400th anniversary celebrations. Pupils teamed up in their Houses to take part in a variety of exciting challenges such as tug of war, long jump, ball throw, relays and sprint.
Head James Piper said: “Pupils thoroughly enjoyed socialising with different year groups and exuded wonderful team spirit. Cricket House matches were a highlight of the day and parents enjoyed watching the children playing the quintessentially English sport in the sunshine.”
A very special day at the Prep – “exciting and fun”, according to pupils.
