Perse pupils make the podium in National Biology Challenge
Last term all students in Years 9 and 10 took part in the National Biology Challenge which over 30,000 students from the UK entered. This competition tests students’ general biology knowledge and their wider understanding of biological issues. This year Perse students again achieved impressive results: 66 Gold awards, 67 Silver awards and 67 Bronze awards.
Six of the Gold award winners – Jonathan Chan, Siddharth Chandrappa, Jin-Gyu Chang, Jong-Ihn Chung, James Rainey and Robert Vickers – were among the top scoring students in the country, and have been invited to attend the award-winners’ ceremony at The Royal Institution in London on 2 July.
Well done to everyone who took part!
