German exchange 2015
24 Feb 2015
Over the half term break, a group of Perse students headed to to Hamburg to take part in the annual exchange with the Lessing Gymnasium.
They spent five days experiencing life as part of a German family and learning about German history and culture. It was also a great opportunity for the students to improve their German language skills.
Highlights of the trip included a trip to the beautiful medieval city of Lübeck and a visit to Germany’s most famous marzipan shop, a city tour of Hamburg and a trip to Jump-Haus, a trampoline activity centre.
The students’ German exchange partners are also visiting Cambridge this week.
