The Perse School

Weekly sports round-up

Despite cold conditions this week, our sports teams have put in some excellent performances on the pitch and courts this week. The U16A boys’ hockey team won 3 and lost just one of their matches in the National Schools County Rounds, meaning they qualify for the next round of the competition. Our U18 boys’ basketball team secured a victory against Comberton Village College, winning a staggering 54-8. In a fixture against Royal Hospital School, our 1st VII, 2nd VII, U13A and B, U14B, U15B and U16A girls’ netball teams all secured wins against their opponents.
