Perse success in Biology Challenge
Perse students in Year 9 and 10 achieved impressive results in the 2014 Biology Challenge competition, a national competition run by the Society of Biology. This year, 32,500 students from across the UK took part.
An impressive 300 Perse students achieved awards with 60 receiving gold awards, 70 gaining silver awards and 83 receiving bronze awards.
In addition, one of our students from Year 10 – Claudia Tomkys – was one of the top scorers in the competition and attended the awards ceremony at the Royal Society in London to collect her award, which was presented by Professor Alice Roberts.
Well done all!
