The Perse School

Fantastic start to girls’ hockey season

1 Oct 2013

The girls’ hockey teams have made a fantastic start to their season, with many teams remaining unbeaten despite some tough matches. The Perse teams did not lose a single game in a full block with Royal Hospital School, scoring 31 goals in total and conceding just four. The Perse remain unbeaten against Stephen Perse Foundation in the six games between the two schools so far this term. All senior teams have made an excellent start but the leading team at the moment are the U14B who have scored 21 goals and conceded just one in four matches.

In addition, 26 girls are now involved in the England Hockey Single System Pathway, with many playing Club hockey as well.
