Welcome to The Perse School’s House Rules. Our Facebook page and group exist to expand our opportunities for two-way communication with you: parents and pupils, staff and friends. To do this effectively, we have outlined here what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Monitoring our Facebook pages
The Perse School staff will monitor these pages from Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm.
We welcome and encourage you to leave comments, photos and links on our pages. If you have something to share on the page which you think will benefit other parents, pupils and staff, we would be delighted to see you posting it. However, we will review all comments and will remove any that are inappropriate, offensive or those which could be considered in contempt of court. We will leave what you share that relates to the subjects covered on this page if such comments adhere to our guidelines. Please understand that comments posted by the public to this page do not represent the opinions of The Perse School.
Material should not seek in any way to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
No material should contain content that could be considered obscene, indecent, misleading or unlawful.
Material can only be posted by such persons that have the necessary rights (intellectual or copyright) to upload such content.
Conversing with teachers
The Perse School Facebook page should not be used as a platform to try and contact teachers. Should you need to contact a teacher, please do so via the usual channels.
The Perse School reserves the right to remove any post, comment, link or other user generated content posted onto our Facebook pages that does not comply with these rules.
