The Perse Prep School Parents Association (PPP) organises social and other events to encourage parents to play a full part in the life of the school. During the course of the year the events that are organised are designed to involve as many members of the school community as possible.
At the start of the Michaelmas term a barbeque, with games and sideshows, is held to welcome new families and before the school breaks up for Christmas a charity fair is takes place.
Other popular events have included a family barn dance, a disco, a quiz night and walks in the local countryside.
The PPP also provide refreshments at school plays and concerts and run regular second hand uniform sales.
Although primarily a social organisation the PPP also organise occasional fund raising events to provide specific items to enrich school life. In recent years these have included sculptures for the grounds, sound equipment, playground games and most recently an adventure playground
The PPP is run by a Committee made up of parent representatives from all year groups, the Head and a member of staff.
