Geography
Geography has always been an important part of the curriculum of The Perse Prep School. The requirements of the National Curriculum have been encompassed within our teaching syllabus which is and will continue to be in excess of statutory requirements.
Through our teaching of Geography we aim to stimulate our pupils' interest in their surroundings and help them to understand some of the important characteristics of the earth's major physical systems and the interdependence of people, places and environments. They will acquire a framework of knowledge about places and locations that will help them set local, national and international events within a geographical context and develop an informed concern about the quality of the environment.
