Children will have attained the age of 5 before entering Year 1. We have 18 children in 1CB, which is so called after the initials of their teacher, Mrs Chriss Baynes. Mrs Baynes is assisted part time by her Teaching Assistant, Mrs Helen Wood.

The children in 1CB have been busy sewing samplers, similar to those made by children in Victorian times. I think all the Mother's in Year One will be having a wonderful surprise on Mothering Sunday!
