Autumn open mornings

There is no need to book to attend our autumn open events – simply turn up on the day. You will enjoy a whole host of different activities demonstrating the breadth and quality of a Perse education. Take a tour with pupils or wander around our facilities, watch demonstrations or have a go yourself, hear from the Head and put your questions to staff.

Saturday 27 September 2014, 9.30am – 12.30pm

Limited parking will be available at Long Road Sixth Form College, CB2 9PX, and we will provide minibuses to transport you to the Upper School throughout the morning. The last bus leaving the Upper site and returning to Long Road Sixth Form College will be at 1pm. There will be no parking available on the Upper School site on Open Morning.

This event gives students who are currently in Year 6 or Year 8 the chance to experience being a Persean for the morning. They will go to lessons with others who are considering joining us (no prior experience of the subjects is necessary) and sample a typical school dinner. This year, prospective Year 7 pupils will experience lessons in art, maths, chemistry and sport, whilst prospective Year 9s will sample classics, biology, music and drama.
