Assessment
All children who have applied for a place at The Perse School are assessed in the academic year prior to entry. The entrance assessments are tailored to the age group, ranging from observed play in the Nursery to more formal, written assessments for entry into The Prep and The Upper. The written entrance tests are stretching and will go beyond the primary school curriculum or what a pupil may have been taught in the first two years of secondary school but we work hard to ensure that these tests are accessible to all.
