Excellent staff make an outstanding school, and The Perse takes great care to recruit, retain and develop first class teachers and support staff.  We employ teachers who combine high level academic expertise, with a love of teaching and a genuine concern for the well-being and progress of each and every child.

All staff are expected to take part in the extra-curricular life of the school, and they encourage pupils in their wider development through music, sport, drama, art and clubs and societies.

Once in post our staff benefit from a professional development programme which enhances their pedagogic and pastoral skills, and keeps them up to date with the latest research.  As a result we have an exceptionally committed, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and supportive staff.
